Cecil heads our Melbourne office and manages our Southern Region sales, responsible for VIC, SA, TAS and WA. He has a strong telecommunications background, with Ericsson and Nortel for 15 years, together with many years experience selling voice logging recording solutions. His involvement starts with initial customer discussions, and continues through the implementation, training and post-sales support process. Having a passion for Call Centres, the mass transportation segment in Victoria has been well served by Cecil and Electrodata, providing solutions to the two major airlines, both the metropolitan and rural rail networks, and the harbour port authorities. Other successes in the Call Centre space, where our solution fits well into both evolving and established centres, includes a nationwide innovative organisation delivering fashionable surface solutions, which selected Electrodata's recording system and is rolling out the solution nationally. This was the result of Cecil’s telecommunications background, understanding of Call Centre operations and requirements, together with his dedication to Customer service and satisfaction. Opportunities in the finance sector (primary and secondary) have not been lost on Cecil, having secured the business of a major international bank (a long time user of Electrodata technology) for the monitoring and security of their international operations. Cecil fervently believes that ongoing contact with past and present customers breeds good customer relations, which is evidenced by his recent sales successes. On an off-duty note, coming from a Rugby playing nation and with the absence of Union in Victoria, Cecil has elected to confine his weekends to a wheelbarrow filled with compost, or sanding away and French polishing collectibles obtained from junk heaps.
